Many changes have been implemented for The Chislehurst Guide:
On the Home page, I have added a Transport for London travel box, so that users can enter their address or postcode, and TFL will provide the best public transport route to Chislehurst.
I have made a number of additions and deletions to the Pub and Restaurant Guide, including updated reviews, photos and ratings.
I have added a Yahoo group for people interested in staying in touch with the community. I intend making further changes over the next few days / weeks, so keep visiting!

This blog is managed by Rob Holman of The Chislehurst Guide ( http://RandS.Holman.org )
Latest news: Papa Charlie, the Italian / Tex-Mex, Spanish, British, Tapas restaurant has closed, and will now be opening as a Nepalese / Indian restaurant. I really hope this new venture succeeds, as the previous establishment clearly had problems. I think part of the problem is the location (it’s surrounded by other good restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes. Also, the venue is just too damn big. It lacks atmosphere and intimacy, and needs a lot of work to get things right for the oh-so-picky local clientele (yours truly included!).
